Ripon Scenic Cruises calls this its Autumn Adventure: a trip along the Ripon Canal, with several sailings a day from Saturday 24 October to Monday 2 November. Dogs travel free. The times for each day show on the booking page once you choose a date.
Ripon is under half an hour from Thirsk by the A61, or on the 70 and X70 bus from the Market Place. The cathedral is a short walk from the canal basin.
