Sessay Village Hall holds its Christmas Fayre on Saturday 21 November, from 10am to 2pm. The hall's own website and November newsletter list it, and the Visit Thirsk listing gives the same times. Entry is free.

The hall's November newsletter also lists macramé workshops on Thursday 19 and Thursday 26 November and a charity Christmas sing-along on Sunday 6 December. Sessay is a short drive south of Thirsk. The same Saturday has the Mowbray Singers' autumn concert at St Oswald's in Sowerby in the evening.
