The Winter Wonderland Christmas Fair at The Garden Rooms at Tennants in Leyburn runs on Friday 27 and Saturday 28 November, 10am to 4pm both days. Now in its eleventh year, it is a curated Christmas shopping event run with Living magazine.
Stalls come from independent designers and makers: fashion, jewellery, homeware, decorations, gifts for babies and children, toys and games, and food and drink from small producers. The organisers say the final couple of hours each day are quieter if you would rather avoid the crowds.
Parking is on site and in the field next door, with marshals directing cars, and the organisers ask visitors to share lifts where they can. Groups coming by minibus or coach should email the venue ahead. Leyburn is about forty-five minutes from Thirsk.
