Christmas at The Forum, Northallerton
The Forum's Christmas season in Northallerton, with the Male Voice Choir's Christmas concert, the family show The Nice List and screenings of The Nutcracker and Ebenezer
The Forum on Bullamoor Road is Northallerton's arts centre, fifteen minutes up the A168 from Thirsk. Its December programme has four Christmas shows.
Northallerton Male Voice Choir gives its Christmas concert on Saturday 19 December, at 2.30pm and again at 7.30pm, with the Easington Colliery Band as guests. The Nice List, from Tom Rolfe Productions, is a short family show set in Santa's workshop on Christmas Eve, running from Sunday 20 to Christmas Eve. Each child gets a small present from Santa, and children aged two and under can sit on an adult's knee with an Adult and Baby in Arms ticket.
On Tuesday 1 December The Forum screens the Royal Ballet and Opera's The Nutcracker at 7.15pm, and after Christmas it shows Ebenezer, a film of A Christmas Carol, from 27 to 29 December.
