A Halloween trail through Thorp Perrow Arboretum near Bedale through half term to the first of November, at normal opening hours
Thorp Perrow Arboretum near Bedale runs its Halloween trail until Sunday 1 November, at normal opening hours. The trail sheet costs 3 on top of normal admission.
The arboretum also runs an autumn tree and fungi tour with lunch on Tuesday 13 October, and a fungi workshop on Wednesday 14 October, both booked ahead. In half term the trail is a good outdoor morning for children, with family fungi walks and talks on Saturday 24 and Saturday 31 October.
