A bonfire and low-bang fireworks set to Disney music at Monk Park Farm on Bonfire Night, with carnival games, marshmallows and street food
Monk Park Farm's Bonfire Night is Thursday 5 November: a bonfire, then low-bang fireworks set to Disney music, with carnival games, marshmallow toasting, street food, the Animal Barn and a bar. Low-bang suits younger children and anyone who finds a big display too loud. It runs from 5pm to 8pm, and tickets are booked through the farm's own site.
It is the only fireworks in or around Thirsk that we have found this year. The farm is about ten minutes' drive from town near Bagby. The nearest other displays are Northallerton on the same night, and Bedale and Masham on Saturday 7 November.
