Herriot Hospice Moonlight Glow Walk
Herriot Hospice's first Moonlight Glow Walk, a 5k after dark from Thirsk Racecourse through the centre of town and back, with an event village from 5.30pm
Herriot Hospice's first Moonlight Glow Walk sets off from Thirsk Racecourse on Saturday 3 October. The route goes through the centre of Thirsk and loops back to the racecourse, about 5k, and takes between one and two hours.
The event village opens at 5.30pm with music, hot drinks, food, face-painting and glow gear. Walkers are asked to be signed in by 7pm and set off at 7.30pm. Every adult and 12 to 17 ticket includes a T-shirt and a medal. Dogs are not permitted.
