Northallerton Town Council's annual bonfire and fireworks at Applegarth, a fixture for over fifty years that draws more than 8,000 people
Northallerton Town Council has run its bonfire and fireworks for more than fifty years, and it draws over 8,000 people. It is on Thursday 5 November at the Applegarth car park, about fifteen minutes' drive from Thirsk. The council has not published times yet.
It is the biggest display near Thirsk, on Bonfire Night itself, the same evening as Monk Park Farm's low-bang fireworks. The town council posts updates on its Facebook and Instagram, so check there for times nearer the day.
